  We switched from Animal Doctors to VCA Mercedes. This was the worst decision we could have made. These doctors and staff only care about $. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

  Even though Lil Lance is a drama cat, they still looked after him and made sure he was safe and their staff was safe too.

  Friendly, knowledgeable staff, caring and professional too. Decently priced compared to other vets in the area too

  The VCA in Benbrook TEXAS is the worst.The front staff and assistant was nice and caring but the FEMALE VET is a worthless VET. I took my dog Jake there in July on a Friday because he was not eating, couldn't walk and I knew something was wrong. The vet there is the worst. She told me she was taking Jake to the back for blood work and ex rays. She did not do any ex rays. My daughter told the vet that Jake had ulcers a few years back and was acting the same way he was now. The vet ignored her and said Jake had an infection and sent us home with antibiotics. And Sunday night at 8:15pm Jake died, with blood coming out of his mouth. So if he had an ulcer her giving him antibiotics most likely made it rupture. And then she lied to my granddaughter and said I told her not to do ex rays. THAT VET LET MY DOG DIE. HE WAS ONLY 7YRS. DO NOT TAKE ANY OF YOUR PETS TO THAT VET. And she cost me $500 and refused to give it back. Jake is gone and I miss him so much.

  I like this place since they really care about the pets and their owners. We have mainly seen Dr. Chouffot but other doctors and technicians are all nice. Big plus is they are open on Saturdays and easy to schedule appointments. Highly recommend for busy family with kids but still want to take care of their pets with the good quality.
