  I recommend avoiding Dr. Risley. Crystal the vet tech was amazing. If she was the doctor we came to see, we'd be very happy patients & would recommend wholeheartedly to others. However, the way Dr. Risley rough-handled my dog was unacceptable. She's a 5-month old sweet, timid puppy, and it was her first vet appointment post-adoption and first time here. Crystal did a great job making her feel at ease, but then Dr. Risley walks in and sharply yanks her collar so she slides helplessly towards him. He then gives her a shot and then roughly pulls her ears to inspect them. She was so scared and leaked fluids because of it! After he let go, she ran underneath the bench I was sitting on to hide. He undid all the patient work Crystal did to make her feel comfortable. I realize Dr. Risley was running 15 minutes behind, but I didn't mind, and would have preferred him be even 20-25 minutes behind yet treat my dog well rather than abusively. If nicer doctors are available at this location, we'd consider coming back, but never again to Dr. Risley.

  I had my first visit free. They were great with my little chihuahua. The doctor took time examining her as he would if I was being charged. They gave me a gift bag when I was ready to leave. It had a medium size bag of Science Diet dry food and other goodies. I moved to north Fort Worth but I am still going to drive to Bedford to use their service. My dog and I were both very pleased with them.😃😃Lexi acted like they were old friends. Lol

  My baby Konata was very sick and unfortunately I had to say goodbye to her. I wasn't expecting it to be so soon, but every person I met was so kind and helpful. They really helped me with my decision, and helped me through this very hard time in my life. I am truly grateful to have encountered the entire staff, from front desk to the staff in the back. Thank you, sincerely, for caring. Thank you for setting my baby free from the pain. Again, thank you for caring.

  My wife took our dog, Coco, for his annual checkup. The entire team was incredibly friendly and professional. The doctor thoroughly examined Coco and explained everything clearly. Highly recommend this clinic.
