  Went with my boss to help her pick out a new work PC for her office and we were in and out in 15 minutes. Got her exactly what we needed thanks to the help of a gentleman named Lenny or Larry... I can't remember exactly, bad with names. Either way he was a great help and we got what we needed for way less than expected. They've got a good stock of everything including gaming PC parts, peripherals, etc. Will definitely be going back.

  Another comment talked about how messy this best buy pokemon drop was, 2 weeks in a row so far, employees hiding and buying pokemon products after closing time, employees and management said there was no drop but they bring it in almost closing time, 16 ppl lined up patiently waiting, 4 registers were open and somehow 3 people missed out with products since the person behind got it before them since it's 4 registers. No one argued they just accepted it. Talking to employees was like talking to a wall, we ask if they have pokemon products, they keep saying we don't have anything in the back, while a simple search can see it's available in store. 3 ascended poster and 1 prismatic binder got sold after closing time, the customers didn't get it. The employees who were hiding them did. Don't go if you're interested for pokemon, even if they have pre orders they will simply say they can't do that, while the employee's can do it for themselves. Train the management and employees with this sort of stuff, simply report this to corporate, don't waste your time here for pokemon they will backorder it while you leave without the product u wanted to get.

  Hometown Best Buy scalps pokemon products.Manager obviously knew she had 3 posters and told us she had 2 boxes and then suddenly when we went inside to buy Pokemon they’re was only 1 box,this manager is notorious for hiding product for they’re friends or family members probably one of the worst ran Best Buy’s in Texas

  Good spot if you’re shopping for electronics, they’ve got a wide selection pretty much anything tech related. Store is clean and easy to walk through, and it’s nice being able to actually see things in person before buying. Staff can be helpful, but sometimes it’s hard to find someone when you need them. Prices are alright, often times you can find better deals online such as Amazon or eBay, but it’s still convenient if you want something same day. They also offer online order pickup as well.
