I have a cricket phone that was previously unlocked for an AT&t SIM. I've been using this phone for the past year and then all the sudden today it's been relocked by cricket. There is a cricket screen that tells me that my SIM card is not compatible even though it has been for the past year. This store was incredibly unhelpful on trying to fix the problem.

Hate I even had to give this location 1 star … Today … 5/8/25 around 1pm… Young man tried to get extra money out of my mama. We are on the same phone plan I paid the first half of the bridge pay last week she went to pay the 2nd half today . I paid $55 her portion was $50. Whenever we make a payment in store we have to show our I.d. He told my mama that the payment was $90 … how is that possible when I paid the first portion? I had to send her the screen shot of the message we receive when we make a payment. Then he said it’s $90 because she didn’t have her id with her ( it was n the car ) … since when did the rules changed that we can make a payment without our id ? He said we don’t have to show id we have to pay an extra $90 without it ,,, which I know is a lie we have to show id to pay on store ! She got her id out the car then was finally charged the right price !!! He was trying to pocket my mama money which means he’s a thief !!! I’ve been with cricket for 10 years and what he did was very disgusting! We will never go back to this location and may even consider leaving cricket. What kind of people are yall hiring ??? Very disappointing visit for a thief to try and get extra money out of you making up lies smh ! Thank God we had the message !
