The entire team—front desk staff, vet techs, and veterinarians—has always been caring and thorough. Most recently, Dr. Robben has helped me care for two senior cats with complex health issues. She takes the time to research their conditions, explain everything clearly, and answer my questions. I also appreciate that appointments are available within a reasonable timeframe, which is especially important when a pet is sick or injured. I highly recommend Tanglewood for their compassionate, high-quality care.

- RWRachel WilsonMay 26, 20261.0Their name says “hospital” but they are not a hospital. A hospital has someone there 24/7. My 5 year old lab fell over and was unresponsive. I remembered the location because it said “VCA Animal Hospital” and it was next to my house. I raced over there to find them closed. No one was there at 7 PM. I called the emergency number and they were SO unhelpful. They didn’t try to tell me how I could help my dog and I had to beg them to help me find a REAL hospital. By the time I got to one, my dog was gone. If I could leave zero stars, I would.
