  Highly do not recommend. I called this morning to make an appt. The receptionist tried to charge me $208 for a felv/fiv test for a kitten. I assured her multiple times there was no way a $60-90 test cost over $200 at vca. No one would listen to me. So I called another vca to get the actual test cost and it was in fact not $208. If you do decide to book an appt watch your invoice & verify everything.

  VCA Ben White has been a godsend for us. We rescued a dog with numerous issues and I am so glad we found them. The Care Club is worth every penny! We have saved so much money - it has paid for itself. I need to mention some of their staff here too. Dr. Bhandarkar is AMAZING. We love her vet tech Chris. And Blaise at the front desk is AWESOME - super patient, kind, and courteous, and has an exceptional level of customer service that is so rare these days! And much appreciated. Thank you to everyone there, it's been a rough road and you have made it easier for us.

  We took our husky here this morning due to a unexpected seizure, it was scary, traumatic and we were having crippling anxiety about our fur baby's health and the financial dent we were about to be in.. We called at 7:00 am right when they opened and explained the situation, they didn't hesitate to squeeze us in despite such a packed day. When we arrived there was a bit of a wait however we didn't mind at all due to our circumstances and the fact we technically were a walk in. They made an exception to honor their free first exam coupon for our walk in, our actual doctor, Dr. Yen was thorough, she explained what to monitor, what they would do and what to look out for in a efficient way that avoided thousands of dollars tests. After that, we got the better news Fernando the vet tech came in to go over our plan and showed us a program vca has called care club, it saved us hundreds for our visit today and made our situation affordable.. I urge everyone who has pets to go to their closest vca and look into care club. You will save money and be garaunteed your pet's health. This is our best vet experience yet and we are so thankful for vca Ben white vet!
