- BBbee2 days ago5.0John is the most awesome possum and the team are always extremely professional and review how all the parts and pieces work and get you the best cost on your items you are bringing in! I recently brought in a DC40, V8, V10, a SuperSonic. They work just like new now! I even BOUGHT a few accessories for the hair dryer and left with a clean+wash. I am ecstatic about using it and so grateful for John listening to the needs I had for my floors with several pets, a Ferret Sanctuary, and an Opossum running around my house!!!!

I found the Dyson Service Center on 183 and had a wonderful experience. The gentleman helping me was super kind and took his time to troubleshoot and resuscitate my hairdryer but to no avail! I didn't walk away empty handed though. He was able to give me a deal on a newer hair dryer that had been refurbished at a great price so I still walked away a winner! He spent time just to have a good conversation. We even spoke about Star Wars movies and I walked away wanting to watch a few movies that he recommended I could watch even without seeing the whole series. I walked away feeling like this shop really takes time to provide great customer service. Its been several months and it is time for me to replace my filter in my Dyson air purifier and I am going to go through them, because it is a better deal than buying directly from the Dyson website. I think you trade in your old filter...
