  Andrea was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful on the phone. After waiting nearly five months for follow up from the Union City Dyson service center, despite multiple calls and voicemails that went unanswered, Andrea stepped in and was able to help resolve the issue quickly and compassionately. She was patient, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to assist us. Andrea represents the very best of customer service, and she genuinely made a frustrating situation so much easier for us. Thank you again, Andrea!

  This location is a joke. Rick “fixed” my Dyson in 10 minutes, a repair that should take over an hour and handed it back completely unfixed. Shocking that they even had the nerve to call that a repair. When I came back because my parts STILL wouldn’t fit, they refused to replace them despite me being well within my warranty. Instead of taking accountability, Andrea tried to gaslight me by claiming my part was defective and that they will order me a new round brush part, when in reality, NONE of my parts fit. Not one. So which is it? I finally took my machine to a different location, where they immediately ordered me a new one and actually apologized for the time this incompetent location wasted. That’s how customer service is supposed to work; especially for a machine that is so expensive. This place clearly doesn’t value customers, doesn’t honor warranties, and cuts corners when it’s not a “basic” repair. Save yourself the frustration and go anywhere else.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

  Great Product, Great Service. When we downsized two years ago, we brought our Dyson and Meile vacuum cleaners. The latter is rarely used. Our Tyson has been acting strangely so we took it in today. The technician found that the head and pipe were full of small particles. He cleaned it out, said we had purchased it in 2017 and didn’t charge us!

  Amazing! 6-stars if possible. We had a broken hose and we were expecting to pay to have it fixed. The facility checked and found that our vacuum was still under warranty. We ended up paying absolutely nothing. The service technician was extremely friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this location.
