Spoke with them on the phone, traveled the 17 miles there, and the gentleman attending to the store and apparently responsible for the repairs then proceeded to immediately began telling me all the things he could NOT do, which apparently included reassembling one of their own vacuums. I would think a branded Dyson repair facility would have the ability to completely disassemble or assemble one of their own products but apparently assuming technical expertise for one's own products no longer applies in 2026. Don't waste your time. Dyson will be going in the garbage and I've already ordered a new Shark.
