  100 of out 10 thank you to Juan and Jaythan for the great customer service and experience. Today I had a million things to do and was getting the run around from my previous provider so coming to this location I was frustrated and visibly upset but Juan approached with compassion and determination to help me get my phone stuff situated thank you both. Thanks for getting me in and out and being so helpful and understanding

  I came and brought a new device and they told me I will cancel the line on our end they never did I paid strait 4 months of having a line that I didn’t use. I called because I noticed that the charge was higher that person never canceled the line like they said they would. I spoke with manager i send him screenshots of the bills and never gave me a call. They are always having new people here now I know why because they don’t treat the employees right! Rude manager to Juan. They told me you should have canceled on your end. He keep saying he does not work here any more. I told him I don’t care it he does not work here any more. You are just trying to wash your hands with that!

  The representative who claims to be Alex is rude as hell I have service with cricket and was calling to inquire about adding a 3rd line he hung up on me I called back he said you’re calling back about the iPhone and 3rd line I said yes he ignores me I asked for manager he sat the phone down came back and said they was busy then hung up on me again now he’s refusing to answer the phone
