- CRCatalina RandallJul 27, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at this Cricket location on 7/27/2026 because of an employee named Cassandra. Apparently, their system was not working, but instead of explaining the situation professionally, Cassandra remained seated at her desk and simply pointed at the computer. I asked if she could come to the door and explain what she meant, and she raised her voice and said, “The system is not working.” I then asked if there was anything she could help me with despite the system issue. Instead of trying to assist or offering any alternatives, she was very rude, closed the door on me, and walked away. I understand that technical issues happen, but there is no excuse for treating customers disrespectfully. Customer service should always include courtesy and professionalism, even when systems are down.

Cricket had the phone I wanted at a stellar price on a 1 yr. commitment. Having a cool human mgr., who answers the phone and is willing to help, with a great attitude, is a big deal. Thanks!
