- CCCatherin Cruz5 days ago1.0Quiero reportar a una trabajadora llamada Lulu mi marido fue a poner internet con ellos y ella se equivocó de nombre no puso el que era y luego dijo que no se podía arreglar el nombre y se cobraron los 100$ de mi tarjeta xq el olvido la de el hasta el dia de hoy despues de la cancelación no me an hecho reembolso que segun ella iban hcer y cada que mi marido va a decir que necesita una solución xq fueron 100$ no fue un peso habla bien alterada de hecho le dijo que si no le devolvían el dinero ella se los pagaba y hasta la fecha ni los paga ella ni los devuelven al banco Peró voy a que tengan más cuidado con las personas que les dan trabajo xq ella no tiene porque alterarse xq van y le hacen una pregunta yo le digo ami marido vaya y pregunte que onda con mi dinero xq no fui yo la que fui a poner internet y esa mujer lo que hace es enojarse ese es su trabajo atender al cliente x cualquier duda no tiene que enojarse
