  So 2 years ago I had the best experience my life at the cricket store like I always do been a customer for a while a little over nine years always getting a good phone always getting good deals well I walked in on the 8th at 8:45 play to get a new phone I needed this phone immediately because the very next day I was hosting my dad's funeral and there's no way that I could be without a phone people needed to get ahold of me any who I rushed to cricket the young man and the young lady when I walked in and didn't even say hello welcome to cricket you could tell on their faces they're ready to leave I understand when I'm ready to go and if we're almost closing I'll be looking a certain way but I always greet my customers and make them feel welcome these two certain people that would not give me their name had a very bad attitude I was trying to figure out the cheapest one I can get really quick first a young lady quoted me one price it was another price then she went to go ask him for his help he quoted me a different price and I just accepted it due to the emergency that I have the next daywent ahead and paid extra just to make sure I had a phone and as soon as the young lady brought me the phone the phone was not even halfway charged every time I go to cricket either it's fully charged or at least 50% charge this phone was completely dead so the young lady put it on the charger and at this point it's charging I wasn't trippin hey things happen last minute I didn't know the situation she puts it on the charger I looked at the time that it is now 8:55pm so I told the young lady is the phone not charged yet not even turning on she said no it's not charging so I told the young lady after I already paid her my money that if she can just go get another phone maybe that the phone is no good or refurbished phone she walks in the back to tell the young man he comes out and says we can't do nothing about that and if you want your money back or another phone you would have to come tomorrow and deal with my boss and like I told him there's no way I just paid you for a phone and I can't even get a phone nor my refund I said that's ridiculous when you go to phone places nine times out of 10 they're not fully charged or they are fully charged for the customers so now this young boy is going back and forth with me about how none of the phone places he knows about booze he knows about Metro and he also doesn't have that problem himself because his phone is with AT&t and like I explained to him that is none of my business I've been in cricket customer for 9 plus years and I don't appreciate you trying to go back and forth with me about other phone companies and then you tell me you're not even with cricket with AT&t but you're working with cricket so for right now with that green and black shirt on you are representing cricket wireless at this point I'm upset after all that the phone still not yet charged it is now 9:02 I'm still in cricket I told that man that I'm not leaving because you don't know my situation I was not going to explain to him that my father was being buried the very next day and the only way people will get ahold of me is through my phone because they were flying out from different states but when I did tell him I have a situation I really need a phone and he told me that is not my problem I said well I made it in here before 9:00 I gave you my money I paid for a service and you're telling me it's not your problem and that you will not call your manager and I need to come back tomorrow I'm not getting no refund with the whole attitude then he walks to the back the young lady is still trying to wait to see if the phone was going to cut on she at first was being quiet but once I took a piece of paper and I start writing down the times and the way they were treated me I was minding my own business by writing down the situation because I could not believe I was being treated like this the young lady was quiet at first then she seen I was writing down and started disrespecting me they both we're telling me to leave
