  Muy mal servicio fui a sacar un celular que estava en promoción pero ellos con tal de vender y recibir sus comisiones no dan explicaciones de como funcionan las promociones de teléfono que me pusieron el plan muy alto y aseguranza que yo nunca pedi y llamdas a Suiza porque yo pediría llamdas a Suiza es una estafa ahora tengo que pagar casi 200 y algo en linea por culpa de los encargados de la tienda les importa mas sus comisiones y solo dan explicaciones que ni tienen sentido

  Fui a cricket a agregar una línea a mi plan familiar y no volvería a ese lugar ya que el manager de esa tienda Joseph no me ayudó y me estaba cobrando demasiado por mi Bill de cada mes. Le pedí que me explicara y su explicación fue muy breve:“nose porque a lo mejor tu teléfono tiene aseguranza” entonces yo debo pagar $235 dólares? No debería ser el manager con todo respeto que falta de atención al cliente. ( mentiroso) no volvería a ese lugar.

  My Honest opinión about cricket On Cameron is that the lady’s are very mean and judgmental just beacuse I look Poor !!! The two young lady’s were to fast at speaking Spanish and was in a hurry to get me out the store so I went to Metro across the street where they were much nicer !

  Having a phishing scam trying to steal my information. According to the warranty dept my number and the rest of the numbers are recycled. So. if a telemarketer or phishing scams from previous owner there is nothing to do except change the phone number. Easier said than done and it costs 15.00 to do so. This was my first cricket phone I bought. Should be new number. Nope have to deal with the neighbors trash all due to recycling the number. Poor customer service skills.
