  This cricket was by far the worst I've ever stepped into. The ladies at the counter did not understand me when I spoke English very clearly what I could afford and wanted. My question was to bring in my own phone and transfer my phone number to that phone. A very simple request, The girl at the counter literally charged me activation fees and I have no idea what but my total was $240. Absolutely ridiculous. I refuse to pay this amount and walked out and stated I was going to a different Cricket store. At that point they tried calling me back to work something out. I did make it to Cricket on William Cannon, where I explained the situation and ended up paying an extremely affordable low fee of $10 They were in shock on how I was treated at the Cricket store on stassney. I will never step foot in that store again as it seems that it was very fraudulent!!!

  I called cricket on stassney the person that answered the phone could not speak English would not give me someone that speaks English and then they hung up on me we are in the United States you need to have someone that at least speaks English in the store
