- ANAlec Neumeyer4 days ago4.0It’s a Best Buy. The reason for four out of five stars is that I got surprised with a surcharge when I was trying to recycle a TV that broke. Maybe I just don’t understand what the charge is for, but it felt a little bit weird having to pay 30 bucks to not throw a TV in the trash and the associate had no idea what the fee was for.

She went out of her way to call corporate and push the order through. Her attitude for it being past closing was amazing… sorry for being those customers… but anyway. If you making any big purchases have her help you! She knows wha she’s doing.

I spoke to 2 associates that said they would send someone over, no one ever showed up. As I looked around the store, there were at least 10 employees standing around doing nothing.
