  DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! TRUST ME!! I asked cashier for someone to sell me headphones after no one came went up to employees just standing around Asked if someone wanted to sell me headphones they looked at each other like I was breaking limbs. That stare do any youngings have working brains mannequins are more helpful. Go up to counter with my products to see one was labeled incorrectly says was on sale it was not, after they found out it was priced wrong on the floor did they do anything of course NOT. Called talk to a manager see what the hell going on in there… they said they were too busy for calls only way talk to manager go inside the store and speak to them face to face BESTBUY a joke and whatever ops and procedures are in place are pathetic I will never be giving BESTBUY a dime again. Another business setup to take your money and don’t really care about you at all outside what they are legally supposed to care for This aint over either the experience was so bad I will be talking to GM and see exactly what the hell is going on because today was wild. Dang there had to scream for someone in the store just to get some service, the whole placed is locked up what are yall doing. Pathetic only word I got describe that place right now like Jesus people do something!!!!

  I came in today to purchase a camera and was not helped properly by Best Buy staff. My friends and I asked a staff member to help us and we waited patiently, 20 minutes went by and we still have not at that point received assistance. When we were finally helped, we selected a camera to purchase and waited for them to bring it to check out. Another 20 minutes went by and the camera was never brought out to us. If I’m being honest this felt discriminating, and my friends felt the same way. Never coming back

  I had a very poor customer service experience. I felt like I was being passed around and not taken seriously for over 45 minutes, with three different employees coming over to assist me, yet none of them actually resolved my issue or provided real help. Instead of getting support, I felt ignored and misled while my time was wasted. I left without my problem being solved and very frustrated with how the situation was handled.
