I walked into this one on Western and the cute Hispanic manager Ricky was very helpful and I left with a new iPhone! Thank you! I finally felt at place and welcomed. Don’t go to the other locations they don’t know what they are doing. I’m glad they got Ricky the new manager there

I visited this location this afternoon, in hopes of resolving some issues I was having with my phone, and Isabella was absolutely incredible! She was the absolute sweetest! She was SO patient and helpful, and took her time to make sure I didn’t walk out the door until I was all fixed! Talk about superb customer service!! I sure hope the manager at this location knows just how awesome Isabella and Ashlynn are! I’m brand new to Cricket, but these two gals have treated me like I’ve been a customer there for years. Not a single person at MetroPCS ever gave me the level of excellent customer service I’ve received from Isabella and Ashlynn…in the 7 years I was with them. Thank you for all of your help today, Isabella!! 🙂 Original message: I’ve been with Metro PCS for the past 7 years, and had a horrible experience with them last weekend….so I decided to switch to Cricket today. Ashlynn was awesome!! She was so kind, patient, knowledgeable and helpful!! She answered all of my questions, even though I’m sure some of them sounded silly, lol. Also, I walked out the door with a WAY better and cheaper deal than the other guys were offering. Thank you SO much for all your help today, Ashlynn!! 🙂
