  I called several times today and even stopped by twice in person today (Saturday) well within business hours, but no one was manning the store or answering the phone. No sign saying they had stepped away for an emergency or anything. I was intending to buy a new phone today, but looks like I’ll have to take my business elsewhere.

  So they have this promo where if you get service you also get a subscription to HBO max. But the employees set your password for you and then use your account. Don't believe me? Notice content being watched on your account you have never seen before and doesn't show as viewed on your devices but has been viewed? That's how you know. Lawsuit coming your way cricket Alpine

  "I appreciate the service Amberly provides. She was able to assist me with everything I asked. Apparently she works in Alpine and Presidio so if you need service be sure to ask for her.

  Absolutely horrible experience!! 😡😡 Talk about highway robbery... Some of these employees are treating customers like they owe them something. You're in the service industry and some seem to forget that. Much!! Better to travel to the Cricket in Presidio TX where the ladies there treat you 100x better!! If anyone is needing a new phone or even in need of a question about cell phones please bypass this terrible store and make the drive to Presidio 😤😤😤 P.S if I could give zero stars I would.... 1 star is being generous 😇
