  I came to cricket to acquire a phone for my sister who has an intellectual delay. Sunny was awesome! He greeted us with lots of energy and was supportive during the experience. Buying and activating a phone was so fast and easy. Tbh when I spent over $1000 at AT&T last year wasn’t nearly as quick and pleasant as this experience

  Bought two phones and was offered a bogo on screen protector and phone case my screen protector broke within two days my local retailer didnt offer the screen protector so I had to order on online

  The manager that was working while we were there was very unprofessional. Instead of helping us since she has no customers she decided to take a call and help them first even though she had already started helping us. We were there for over 30 minutes just waiting for her to get off the phone to help us.
