  Brian T. at Catclaw was the employee for the day. I went in to add a line and was given a completely different area code because the zip code was entered wrong and then was told to contact Cricket Customer Service. Then I was given a broken sim card and was told that it was my phones sim tray that must be bad. I asked for another sim card but was told it costs more money and then was told to contact Cricket Customer Service again.. So I left with no working phone and a wrong area code. I contacted Cricket Customer Service about these issues and was told they couldn't do anything and that a manager at the store would need to fix the area code. Luckily the Cricket store at S14th helped me with a new sim card that works. I guess I will just stick with the incorrect Area Code.

  Went in to find out about my mom's phone Ariel she's kind sweet and funny a great help all a around she's by far my favorite go to person to go to she even sold me in y'all's Bluetooth car speaker with I love it any body has any doubts go see my favorite girl up there Ariel she's will definitely uplift your spirits and go above and beyond to make you happy

  My husband's phone got dropped and the screen stopped working. I went online and saw that the same phone would cost us $89.99+$25 to replace/upgrade. We went to the Catclaw location as it was nearby other stops that we had to make today. We arrived around noon. There were other customers being served so I went to the front to wait for help as I already knew what we wanted. The representative said she'd be with us in a minute. When she came to speak with us I told her the situation and told her we just wanted to get the same phone as a replacement (I was told later that her name is Ashley but I can not confirm or deny that). She looked up the phone in her paperwork and told me it would be $179.99. I tried to ask her why the display phone, and online it said that it would be $89.99 and she interrupted saying that price is for new customers not existing customers. I went to look at the display phone so I could show her what I was talking about and my husband said something that I didn't hear and she responded to him saying "then she should pick a different phone" with an irritated and dismissive tone and attitude. At this point I decided we were going to go somewhere else and we left. This interaction took less than ten minutes and we went to the South 14th location where we usually go and had a much better experience. I will be leaving a separate review for that location. (This Gmail is connected to my YouTube, which is why I have an odd username.)

  Spent several hours trying to get Photo Vault pics from damaged phone to new phone. Had zero good results from Asurion, googling, other Cricket locations. Lance at Catclaw location helped me in 30 seconds. Awesome!
