  Rosie was IMMENSELY HELPFUL when another Cricket employee at another store said he couldn’t help us and we needed a new phone. We came to this store because Camille had been very helpful in the past. We will not go back to the other store but will from now on only use this store. We’re old and need help sometimes and she knew exactly what we needed done when the other guy said we’d have to use yahoo support or get a new phone. THANK YOU ROSIE!!!! Terry Shira

  Travelling from Throckmorton to Abliene I expected to have coverage along that stretch of road. It's good south of Albany, but not good North of Albany between Albany and Throckmorton. Would really like better coverage in that area or we may have to consider switching to Verizon.

  I've been a customer for years. I've never had to complain about service. But this store, today was a joke. I walked in hoping to upgrade, but when I asked if I could have information on the newer Iphones and Galaxy phones, I was told that the Iphones never have discounts and they were out of the affordable ones! Since I was new to iphones, I would probably want a 13! Ha, what a joke! And they didn't have any New Galaxy's. The woman kept rambling on, as if I was not a paying customer. And the other two male employees went to the back and I have no idea what they were discussing. All I know is that it seemed like Noone wanted to put any effort into assisting me. Just an occasional glance at the phones on the counters while telli g me what they don't have instead of letting me know what they do have or what I want. I will never go there again, and unless you know exactly what you want and you better have money, and look like you have money. I don't recommend this store on S. 14th.

  I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Cricket Wireless S14 location. The customer service was absolutely horrible. Sheri was unprofessional, dismissive, and completely unhelpful throughout the entire interaction. Instead of addressing my concerns or trying to resolve the issue, she seemed irritated and unwilling to assist. What made the situation even worse was hearing her speak offensively about Black and Hispanic people. There were other customers in the store and looked appalled at the racist comments. That kind of behavior is unacceptable any workplace. No one should feel disrespected or uncomfortable while simply trying to get help with their phone service. Management seriously needs to address the conduct Sheri displayed.
