- JCJack ChristApr 3, 20251.0Went to this store in sweetwater 4 days in a row, to be told the system was down and would have to come back just to find young man working was stretched out on chairs behind counter sleeping beat on door to wake him, he went to back straightened hair came to door to tell me I would have to purchase card and pay that way. Really getting paid to sleep on job...... Customer service is awful had to go to Athens to get good customer service and to pay my bill. I would rather make the drive to Athens rather than deal with the rude sleeping on the job people. Telling e1 the systems down.

She has helped me with problems with my phones or with my service. I found her to be patient, caring and determined to help no matter how long or tedious the solution.
- AMAshley MichaelDec 7, 20231.01st off the lady was RUDE!! 2nd she tried to tell me it would be over $400 dollars to transfer 4 phone numbers, and when I explained that online it was only $143 dollars she got even ruder and basically called me a liar saying "well idk where you got that from". Lady I literally can show you. Lenior City is definitely sooo much better then this one in Sweetwater.

And I went to one of the offices in Sweetwater tn and they was no help at all. You would think if you paid over 600 hundred dollars from a company that they could help you with the phone. No they didn't want to even want to talk about it and then they handled the phone back to me and said sorry. I thought really. And said that that's what wrong with people who want do they job. Just their to talk on the phone and help no one else. Don't go to cricket you will regret it. Promise!!!!!!
