  I came to make a payment at this store and the customer service is ridiculously unprofessional. There are people who shouldn't be working here. I really don't recommend it.

  I don't like leaving bad reviews, after being a customer of crickets for 25 years. I pay insurance all those years. I dropped my phone and the toilet actually LOL. So, I went in to do the paperwork on my phone so that I can get a replacement. I was told it would take one day then I was told know it'll take 4 days. Long story short I ended up having to spend almost $200 on a phone that was supposed to be new and it wasn't it was a demonstration phone it didn't even have the plastic. Hey I'm going to try to return it within the 7-Day period, I also take very very good care of my phones and I had a case on it. She pointed out a scratch that could have been from her long pointed fingernails. So I called cricket of course and told them I would love to send this phone into you guys and have you tell me where you see a scratch because I don't see one. Needless to say I understand that they work from commission but I'm disabled and I live on 959 a month. The only reason why it was an emergency situation that day is because I can't be out driving unless I have a way to call 911. They knew this and they took advantage. It was really sad still is. Cricket wireless the company wouldn't do anything..
