  I wish I could give this store a 0 rating because that's what it would get from the treatment I received by a VERY rude, young Hispanic girl who works there who acted like she was the "manager". She lied to my face by telling me that I had to buy another SIM card for $10 plus pay another $15 to reconnect my phone on top of it. When I had called Cricket they told me that all I had to actually do was go to Wal-Mart/Target and buy one for $10 and there is no reconnection fee. When I told her what corporate told me she got a huge attitude with me and told me that I was a liar and her way was the only way to get my phone cut back on. Needless to say, I went to Target and bought the $10 card, called Cricket and they didn't charge me a dime extra to reconnect it. It was very apparent that the girl was just trying to pocket the extra $15 for herself. I will NEVER go back in there again EVER!!! They need to hire someone that has at least an ounce of customer service skills. ESPECIALLY in a management position, if she even was a manager. She is not who I would want representing my store and I know corporate wouldn't approve either.
