  I had a lovely experience very attentive to my issue. My issue involved our phone plan. The owner personally (Earl) got involved with the issue and was able to resolve in a few hours. Good service very nice customer service especially from Brenda! 😊

  Brenda was so awesome in correcting my phone swap that had been done incorrectly by another store. She was so patient and very kind. The best customer service I have ever gotten with Cricket.

  Throw this location away. Customer service from the WOMEN are HORRIBLE, there's a man who is here sometimes he is nice however he's not hardly there when I come in. I asked my bill date to be changed to one date then Kaira changed it to the day before the day I requested.and said the system ALWAYS kicks it to the day before the requested date. I'm no genius but if you're in customer service and you know this about your system why not relate that to your customer before you complete the transaction that CAN'T be u done. Pure evil. Then as I'm expressing how and what I asked is not being met the other old heavy set lady chimes in being rude and making excuses claiming I'm taking my frustrations out on them, how am I frustrated about anything when ALL I'm here for is to change the billing due date. Make it make sense. Your service is lousy, your attitudes stink, the way you treat customers who has been with cricket for over 5 years should be much better yet you lacked empathy or accountability for the mistake you made. I left before I resolved my issue because I know their mission was NOT TO HELP but to further irritate me. My husband has also had issues with simply paying our phone bill with the old lady. Run your cameras back cricket there's plenty OTHER deserving people in Portland who would love to have a job HELPING people vs. Two people who deliberately messed up my request and continually be rude. Won't deal with this location again.
