  Brittney created the Best in Class Customer Service I have ever experienced! My 12 year old Rescue was in desperate need of relief from a Chronic ear infection and since I had moved from SC only 6 months ago and launching a New Music App had been to busy to find, interview and schedule appointments. A friend sent me a Coupon for VCA Animal Hospitals, I’m not a big coupon guy but I needed to get Studio”P” relief! I called at 10:00am and amazingly we were being seen by Brittney at 12:30! Unreal! That’s never happened in my 50 years of Veterinary! I’m sure the Doctor will be amazing and they’re giving Studio”P” a free dose of Flea and Tick medication to get ready when I bring him back. Whomever takes the time to read this, just know, I never do this but Brittney did such an amazing job! We’ll never go anywhere else! This is the Absolute Best Veterinarian experience of my life! Thanks to whomever hired Brittney 11 years ago!

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this veterinary office. Since adopting my cat, I brought him in multiple times for a variety of health concerns that ultimately turned out to be related. Despite several visits and repeated discussions about his symptoms, no diagnosis was made, and no testing was recommended to identify the underlying cause of his issues. In fact, the only time diagnostic testing was discussed was after I personally raised concerns that my cat’s symptoms could be asthma and requested x-rays myself. Until then, no testing had been recommended despite my cat having ongoing symptoms that I was repeatedly seeking help for. After becoming increasingly concerned, I sought a second opinion with another practice entirely . Within a single visit, the other veterinarian took the time to thoroughly evaluate my cat, ordered appropriate testing, and diagnosed him with hyperthyroidism and asthma. Looking back, my cat had many of the classic symptoms associated with these conditions, which makes it frustrating that they were never considered or investigated during the months I was seeking help. The final straw was when I requested x-rays and was quoted approximately $700 for the imaging alone. This seemed unusually high based on my previous experiences with veterinary care. I decided to seek care elsewhere that same day and was quoted around $200 for x-rays and an additional $100 for comprehensive bloodwork. More importantly, the new veterinarian spent significant time explaining possible causes, discussing treatment options, and helping me understand what was happening with my cat. What disappoints me most is that after multiple visits for the same ongoing concerns, I left each appointment without answers or a clear plan. They told my my cats hair falling out and going bald all over his body was normal! In contrast, another veterinarian was able to identify the pattern of issues and begin treatment immediately. My cat is now receiving the medication and care he needs, and I am grateful for that. I understand that veterinary medicine is complex and that diagnoses are not always straightforward. However, I felt rushed during appointments, and I never felt that my concerns were thoroughly investigated. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this practice.

  I’ve taken my dog (Nashville Humane foster fail) here since he was a puppy and he’s almost 6 years old now. I’ve always felt like the techs and doctors have taken good care and provided sound advice for him- not to mention spoiling him with friendly love and pets. I personally appreciate that I’ve never felt pressured into one lane of care- they’re good at offering different options of varying price points and they are understanding about shopping elsewhere for supplements, monthly flea tick, etc. Care Club makes it easy to make sure he’s up to date on his vaccines, etc. Communication from VCA is always great with things like appt reminders as well as follow up information for things like test results.
