  I do not recommend VCA Murphy Road, especially for international pet travel. I sent all of my dog’s vaccination records and travel documentation to their office on Friday specifically for them to review for an EU health certificate. After receiving those records, they instructed me to bring her in on Monday for the required appointment. I did exactly that. About an hour AFTER the appointment, they called to tell me they had made a mistake reviewing the vaccine dates and that the records did not meet the EU requirements, meaning they could not provide the health certificate I specifically came in for. They offered a partial refund but told me I would still be responsible for the “only $86” visit charge. The problem is that the $86 visit NEVER NEEDED TO HAPPEN. They already had the vaccination records. These were also their own medical records. Had someone properly reviewed them before instructing me to bring my dog in, I would not have made an unnecessary trip or incurred an unnecessary visit charge. I should not be expected to pay $86 because their office failed to review the documentation they had in their possession before scheduling the appointment. What makes this particularly frustrating is that I have spent a significant amount of money with VCA over the years, including paying nearly $100 per month for CareClub coverage across my four animals. CareClub was certainly promoted heavily, yet when their own error resulted in an unnecessary appointment, they still expected me to absorb the cost. Charging a customer for an appointment that could have been completely avoided had the office reviewed its own records beforehand feels like a predatory business practice. I will be taking my four animals elsewhere and cannot recommend this facility.

  Brought my Nosey Nelly to establish care and the visit was great! Seen very quickly and the visit was not rushed. A bit expensive for a rabies shot but it is what it is. Will Def be back with my other kitties.

  I had to Make four visit here within a week and a half. They took very good care of my extremely dehydrated cat and worked with me with finances to get my cat taken care of and healthy again. Vet tech Katrina was outstanding with service and compassion.
