I never usually comment on bad reviews in any store but the first time I went to buy two phones 17 pro Max with my husband a short brown girl little thin put my mom's number to one of the new phones without asking if those two numbers of my line were any of my husband which he has his line apart I took two hours trying to communicate with my mom because my mom no longer had internet access because she connected it to the new phone first time bad experience I go again the second time and I buy two tempered glasses for our phones I time a light tone the dark one and then she said he was going to put one of 16 pro Max that was the same and when we checked it he was covering the camera to the mobile so it was time to buy another clear because they don't explain well they are not serving people well so bad experiences in this place

It's Terrible you have jave 5 people in the building and can't get them to take your money for a bill payment! This location is always sub par with terrible customer service and store manager tells the employees not to take peoples hard earned money. Pathetic all should be fired from the top to the bottom!
