  Door staff was very helpful and nice but once I got to the pickup line with 3 associates with no customers in line but me I didn’t get acknowledged I stood there waiting and looking to get called to a register while they stood there and talked about what college they went to and the degree they are gonna have then finally after they were done with their conversation they called me up. never got greeted once I was handed my item with no words as they continued their conversation.

  I absolutely love this store! The best customer service; they really do care and took the time to help me pick a new phone and get it setup. If you need help at this store, ask for Tommy and/or Christian they are top notch!

  Andrew T - a real salesman! He absolutely helped me search the products I needed and was very informative of those products. Very refreshing to receive real help from sales and being proactive. Thank you sir.

  Will never be back. I was in the store yesterday and witnessed the manger Tari yelling at her employees and other guests. She makes everyone around her visibly upset but she lacks the self awareness to see it. I usually try to ask if she’s working before I shop because this isn’t my first second or third bad interaction with her. How she still has a job is crazy.
