    Apples service has fallen off through the years. Why schedule an appointment for the Genius Bar if u make people wait hours beyond the appointment Apple set for me. Terrible service!

    I visited the store to purchase a new iPhone, as my current device is significantly outdated. I was told I would have a great experience working with Axel; however, my experience was anything but. From the very beginning, Axel came across as cold and unwelcoming. He questioned nearly every decision I made and repeatedly asked why I did not want AppleCare+. I clearly explained that I was not interested, as I typically take good care of my devices, yet he continued to pressure me to purchase the add-on. As the interaction continued, his tone became increasingly condescending. He spoke to me in a way that made me feel as though I lacked basic knowledge. When I attempted to reset my password, he questioned why I was doing so. I explained that I did not remember my password, and he responded dismissively, stating that I did not need to reset it. The situation escalated when I mentioned I would need assistance transferring my data to the new phone. He abruptly cut me off and said, “Let me speak.” At that point, I felt completely disrespected. I immediately gathered my phone and purchases and left the store. In over 10 years of working in management and sales, I have never encountered someone so condescending and dismissive toward a customer. Had this been my first experience at this Apple Store, I would not return to this location. I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but that does not justify treating customers this way. This experience was unacceptable, and I hope it is taken seriously.

    I accompanied someone who is elderly to his appointment with Apple and the advisor Casey was exceptional!!! She was kind, considerate, professional, knowledgeable, and extremely patient. Casey shift was ending, but she stayed until the issue was resolve. We greatly appreciate her willingness and time.
