  Absolutely don’t take anything here for repairs if you’re disabled! I had to carry a very heavy studio display for about a half mile in the heat from the closest paid parking to the store. Then they told me I would have to wait despite have an appointment to just drop the display off. When I said I couldn’t physically come back to pick it up because of my disability and their horrible setup, I was laughed at. Now they’re refusing to make the repair. I’ll be filing every bad review and complaint I can!

  I had a great experience at the Apple Store Downtown Nashville and wanted to give a shoutout to Shayenne (hope I’m spelling that right!). As a first-time MacBook buyer, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but she made the whole experience feel exciting and easy. She was genuinely enthusiastic about helping me, which made the moment feel special instead of overwhelming. She guided me through the entire process with patience, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident in my decision. Everything felt smooth and seamless from start to finish. Overall, amazing customer service. Shayenne definitely made my first Apple purchase a memorable one!

  Came to change a keyboard key, didn't have it in stock. Staff was great though and arranged a pickup at a different apple store

  Laughable customer service. Made me wait nearly three hours for a simple screen repair then refused to validate my parking because I had already validated once (and chose to leave before coming back instead of waiting three hours). Go somewhere else.

  Josh was very helpful and even showed us how to use our cameras on the iPhone. This location is full of life and fits perfectly on the corner. Thanks again to Josh for his help!
