  I always buy my work devices here, the only problem is the slow attention because the store is very crowded but it is understandable it is downtown

  Schade, dass ich als Tourist und VR Expert keine Apple Vision Pro probieren konnte. Ich konnte nicht einmal Fragen dazu loswerden. Ich glaube, der Mitarbeiter hatte keine Lust. Leider habe ich mir seinen Namen nicht gemerkt. Diesen „Nicht“-Service bin ich bei Apple nicht gewohnt. Sehr schade.

  Horrible service! They are not interested in helping you with your apple product. All they want to do and all they are trained to do is sell you on stuff you don’t need

  My Son broke his phone at school in Bowling Green and we needed to replace it. We have the Apple care and so we went down to place an order. (If you mail the replacement they want over a $1000 hold on your card to ship it). So we went into the store. The process was easy and straightforward. It did take about 1 week to arrive but once it came in we went to pick it up. Transferred all the info in store and even had it activated before leaving. It was about a easy process as i could hope for. The staff were all cool and easy to work with. I mean I have paid 15 bucks a month for over 2 years so I didn't get anything for free and they do still charge you 100 bucks. However in the case of the process and the workers help it was top notch!!!
