  Apple as a company needs to make it much easier for customers to finance a iPhone regardless of credit history or credit score as long as the customer is employed and has at least a full time job,there should be no issue,no being denied or turned down with a credit score of 503 which is my current credit score

  I had a deeply disappointing experience with this Apple location. Reaching anyone by phone was difficult, and when I eventually spoke with the store manager in person, I found her dismissive and unwilling to genuinely listen to my concerns. Rather than addressing the actual issue, she offered solutions that seemed more aligned with store sales quotas than with resolving my problem. She mentioned having 15 years of experience as store manager, which made the lack of basic customer service even more disappointing. Notably, when I called Apple’s 1-800 customer service line separately, I was advised to visit the Green Hills location instead — which speaks volumes about this store’s reputation internally. I’d recommend choosing a different Apple location if you want a straightforward, respectful service experience.
