  I had a Great experience at this Best Buy! Kaydence was incredibly helpful! She helped me buy a new Iphone and switch from my Verizon plan to my husband’s AT&T plan seamlessly. She made the whole process easy, stress-free, and answered all of our questions with patience and professionalism. Excellent customer service!

  Needed help finding a refurbished phone that was unlocked, and David and Kam went above and beyond in providing exceptional service. Incredibly kind, beyond knowledgeable, and some of the best customer service I've received in a very long time.

  Been coming here for years. That stops today. In 2021 I purchased a gaming pc and was advertised 16GB of ram. Here I am today parting out my PC because of performance issues. I pull it apart for the first time besides cleanings and my surprise when i find out there’s only 8GB of ram in my computer this is false advertising and because I find out now 5 years later there’s nothing I can do. I will never be shopping at Best Buy again and I’ll never tell anyone to buy anything from here again.

  Bait and switched me with services. Forced me to pay for a delivery I didn't need by forcing it onto an installation bundle, then weren't capable of doing the installation but forced me to pay for the delivery I never wanted.
