  I had a really great experience at this Cricket Wireless recently. I came in needing a new phone but was working with a pretty tight budget, and the representative who helped me went above and beyond to make sure I found something that worked for me. The gentleman that helped me was a man with a beard, and he was incredibly patient throughout the whole process. He took the time to explain every detail in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed or pressured, which made a huge difference. Instead, I felt confident and comfortable with my decision by the time I left. It’s rare to come across customer service like that these days. I truly appreciate the care and professionalism, and it made me feel really good about choosing this store. Highly recommend!

  Always when I go in there, we are always given the best phone plan for affordable price and that will work for everyone. The worker is always super sweet and very relatable. I would recommend this store and the worker may not get to you at first although he will get to you and make you get the absolute best deal and experience.
