Shady store managers, predatory policies, and a useless insurance scam.
Be extremely careful doing business here. I bought a phone on my lunch break and trusted the manager to set it up. Instead, they completely botched my account, forced a brand-new number on me, and lost the insurance I was already paying for.
Once you get past the slick sales pitches, their actual business policies are designed to rip you off:
The Insurance Scam: You pay monthly, but the deductible is literally the cost of a brand-new phone. They won't replace a device onsite; you either go without a phone for days while mailing yours in, or pay a massive "refundable deposit" to get a replacement shipped immediately.
Zero Onsite Support: If your phone breaks under the manufacturer’s warranty, they won’t help you or mention the warranty. They just aggressively try to sell you a new phone.
Predatory BridgePay: If you use their weekly payment option and miss even a single payment, they cancel the deal, demand the bill in full, and completely pocket the money you already paid.
Deceptive Auto-Pay: They tell you auto-pay comes out on a set day, but they hit your bank account TWO DAYS EARLY. If the funds aren't there yet, they cut your service instantly and charge you a reconnection fee.
They hide behind fine print to bleed loyal customers dry. Save your time and your money—go to a carrier that actually values honesty.
