  I’m posting this instead of a ONE-star review for visibility. You are legally required to disclose whether a device has been refurbished upon its sale to a customer. Best Buy has sold me refurbished phones not once, but TWICE. For at least the second phone, which was purchased in 2023, I was sold Apple Care for the duration of one year, which would technically cover damage/other assessments when I bring the phone into an Apple Store. I brought my phone into the Apple Store today to repair the back glass panel. I was told today that since my phone was not from the US, it could not be repaired unless I were to get an entirely new phone because Apple does not fix phones that are not from that country. This phone was sold to me as a BRAND NEW phone. Not refurbished. Best Buy is conducting illegal activity through the sale of such phones. And on top of that scam, I was scammed further with the sale of the Apple Care. This is an incredibly wasteful experience, not even to mention the ABYSMAL customer service the store “provides.”

  I hope this review proves informative for others based on my experience. I purchased a soundbar from Best Buy's website, which indicated a one-year manufacturer warranty. However, the soundbar stopped working after five months. Initially, I contacted Best Buy's website chat support, which directed me to reach out to the seller. At the time of purchase, I was unaware that the product was sold by a third-party vendor. Despite sending multiple messages, the seller, Antonio Fitzgerald, failed to respond. I subsequently spoke with a Best Buy representative who scheduled an in-store support appointment for repairs. Upon arrival, I was informed that due to the third-party purchase, Best Buy could not assist me. Notably, Amazon provides support for customers who purchase from third-party sellers and holds those sellers accountable. As a result, I will refrain from making future purchases from Best Buy and am left with a non-functional soundbar.

  Employees helpful, male manager extremely rude and not helpful at all. Combative and pretty much acts like he is just collecting a check.

  Amazing curbside service. After checking in, it took less than 2 minutes for the clerks to bring our item outside. The clerks was friendly and professional. And the entire pickup process was smooth and seamless.
