  One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. The employees are rude and not helpful. They do not even know how to say “good morning” or “good afternoon,” and they are not willing to try to find a solution for customers. Initially, I was told that delivery was free, but later they tried to charge me $100 for it. They were not even interested in verifying my address, even though I live here in Memphis. I honestly thought it was just a typo when the representative was entering my address. Not to mention, if English is not your first language and you have an accent, just forget about it — they make you feel like they are trying to make things even harder for you. I am not surprised that other online companies are taking over the electronics business, since they help customers avoid these uncomfortable human interactions.

  Mixed experiences asked for Help from cashier and got no response to the gaming department. However Webster a Samsung rep came to the rescue and recovered by looking up the item and locating the last one for purchase. Thanks 👍🏿

  Very bad customer service I asked for a laptop and the employee took 30 min to come and check me out. No one seems busy in the store. They don’t have even basic knowledge regarding things which they are selling.

  Confusing Pickup Experience; No Details On Where To Go. Really long wait trying to figure it out - plus at the checkout line. Should have been a 2nd person helping because someone was holding up the line for a while. Cashier should have asked for help, but don't think she did. Plus leadership walked nearby multiple times, and they are supposed to easily recognize these situations. Cashier was nice, diligent, and quick with me, so that's bumped it from 2 to 3 stars 🌟

  Went the Best Buy/Geek Squad to get some information on my tablet and was greeted as soon as I walked in. Employees right away offered assistance. The giant youngster who helped me out at Geek Squad was very friendly, helpful and answered all my questions with professionalism and a great attitude ( hard to find in Memphis) This location has great trained employees! Thank you
