  My boyfriend and I went to cricket and he got a phone and I have a phone from cricket and my boyfriend and I like our phones the two women that work there are very kind and they do a excellent job helping people and they know what they are doing I would recommend cricket to my friends and family thank you cricket keep up the great work you are doing the cricket store is well kept and very nice staff

  This is from my wife: "CDC recommends wearing masks to slow the spread of COVID-19. Everyone should wear a mask covering unless they are under 2 years of age, have breathing problems, or are unconscious or incapacitated and would need assistance removing a mask." I went into this Cricket store on Dec 19th, 2020 in the afternoonafter 1 pm, to buy a phone cause mine wasnt working due to battery problems. I was told I must wear a mask. When I told the guy who works there I have a medical condition he told me it does not matter I still must wear one. This is against the law to force someone who has a medical condition to wear a mask. CDC guidelines even state this. I have chronic wheezing in my chest, and had already been breathing hard just walking to the store, & my oxygen levels are low. Which btw I do not have to explain or tell why or what my medical condition is by law. Also after I told him I have a medical condition and it would harm me more than help me and we turned to walk out and not continue to give this store my 20 years of having service with cricket. The worker continued to talk loudly across the store at me, as I was walking out! I really miss Sebastian and Eric, they in the 15 years of knowing Sebastian and 7 years knowing Eric and working with them has never been rude or refused us service. This worker also had on a mask which protects him. So was it really neccessary for him to do this? Very, very, very, disappointed & thinking about taking my 20 loyal years elsewhere. My health doesnt matter to only a mandate that byw says if you have a medical condition you dont have to wear a mask. Please educate your employees on the mandate and not force people with health conditions to wear masks we can social distance.
