Just go to put hands on products to get a feel for it and use the internet to get real reviews and answers about the product you want to buy, also overcharge for their products compared to online retailers.

She tried to help me, even pulled another associate but they only had Meta products. Well, Meta is garbage, so she helped me preorder the ROG glasses. Amazing service and this was in West Knoxville, TN, I didn't catch her name, unfortunately. But the day was 05/17/26 , she wore glasses and was working up front. Idk what else to say. Incredibly helpful 👌
