- KMKate Maloney5 days ago2.0Went to see the TOP GUN double feature. Movie let out a little past 2000, so imagine my shock to find the front acces from theatre to mall closed. I had to walk ALL the way AROUND the mall to my car. Not appreciated. I'm NOT a happy camper.

When I did get help is was mainly Anthony just trashing the T-Mobile store employees down the road because he didn’t like that they made commission, yet they were way more helpful than it seems he ever could be. Looks like getting paid for your efforts is more effective than getting paid by the hour because Anthony gave up on me pretty easy before sending me to the T-mobile store to have them do his job. Very unhelpful, unprofessional, and my first and last time at an Apple Store.
- AAAdele AndreApr 30, 20265.0Having some phone troubles, and the staff was so friendly and immediately fixed a relatively unheard of issue. Everyone was so patient and let it charge for a min after helping us. Nick in particular found the issue fast and was super effective! Very nice people :)
