  Brought my daughter in to get a phone since she is on my account. Employees were friendly, however because she was paying with a gift card she couldn't get a phone there even though they had the phone in their hand. She had to order online and pickup later in the day. Seems like a pretty simple obstacle a trillion dollar company could have been able to figure out without wasting hours of our time.

  Recently went into this store to purchase a MacBook and basically everything we asked for was out of stock. We were told we could have checked stock without driving hours, we could view them online, we could order to arrive in 3 weeks, they had been wiped out by tax free weekend which was 3 weeks ago. Then proceeded to tell me to check Best Buy stock and I could do it online while viewing it on their MacBook in store using their internet. I prefer when I spend $2k to be treated like an intelligent human and with good customer service. The employee demeanor was horrible and very unfriendly. Thankful we were able to go to local Best Buy and were comfortable speaking with intelligent and nice employees.

  If I could give the Apple Store in Knoxville zero stars, I would. Went in there today knowing exactly what I wanted and it was 15 minutes before close and they refused to help me and told me they didn’t have time to help me even I knew exactly what I wanted to purchase.

  Poor customer service here. Took a while to be greeted, I explained what I wanted and was asked a series of questions then told to “stand over by those two tables.” Others were told the same until we were corralled together. Eventually representatives came and took customers out of order, with another associate coming over and taking another family and me at once. The representative continued to speak to the family, then said, oh I’ll take care of you now because you were first (meaning at least he was aware of the order customers had arrived.) The representative rushed through the process, asking the same questions I had already been asked by the other representative. At one point he got accusatory when I gave permissions on my phone for what he needed but not the extras (like my subscriptions, my browsing/purchase history, my store visit records, etc.) I showed him on my phone that I had shared the information he needed to complete the phone transfer, he still insisted I had not shared what I needed for the transaction to work, but then he proceeded anyway (so he did in fact have what he needed.) Really a cold experience for me and for others I observed being helped. Considering everyone there is prepared to spend several hundred dollars or more on their products, I would hope they could at least provide an illusion of caring about customers.

  Be sure to show up at least an hour before they close to get help. I'm not the type to show up within 45 minutes of a closing restaurant but showed up at 7:10, they close at 8:00 but said they couldn't help me....
