  This is where we go to the movie theater (Cinebarre). Their prices for food and drinks are SUPER EXPENSIVE but it got us out of the heat for awhile

  Spent almost 2 hours in the store got left hanging for half an hour while my phone was downloading. Very poor Service very disappointed.

  The Apple Store is always an experience because you walk in needing one simple thing and immediately feel like you accidentally entered a tech museum with employees in matching shirts guarding the future. Everything is clean, bright, organized, and somehow every table has a device on it that makes you question if your current phone is suddenly ancient. The staff was helpful and knew what they were talking about, even though the place was busy like everyone in town broke their iPhone at the exact same time. It can be a little overwhelming with the crowds and the wait, but once you actually get helped, they usually do a good job explaining everything and getting you pointed in the right direction. Definitely not the cheapest place on Earth, but the service, setup, and convenience make it worth stopping in when you need Apple help or just want to stare at things you probably should not buy.

  Had an issue with switching iPhones after my primary got dropped in sea water. Devin helped me navigate the process of restoring capability. I appreciate Genius Bar and the great people at Apple like Devin that provide support for their products.

  I bought my son a macbook and AppleCare and within 2 weeks, it won't boot up. He took it to this Apple Store (West Town Mall, Knoxville). They always have the worst service at this store. My son flies out tomorrow morning. They can't repair it same day or replace it. Their only option was to wait on repairs instead of replacing it. Who wants a laptop that had to be repaired after owning it only 2 weeks? I'd have taken that over telling him there's nothing they can do, but they can't even do that. Dillon and Michelle are managers and said they can't swap it out even though it was bought at an Apple Authorized Seller. They both said you wouldn't buy something at Target and try to return it at Wal-Mart. I pay a premium for Apple products, they shouldn't be comparing it to Wal-Mart. I think Wal-Mart would have given me better service. I had called AppleCare and spoke to two people and they said the store has the option to swap it out if they have his model in stock and they do, but they refused because it was bought at an Apple Authorized Seller and not directly from them. The AppleCare customer service agents I talked to both said that doesn't matter but Dillon refused. Apple used to take care of it's customers. Now you'll probably get better luck buying from Wal-Mart.
