  1st I've been a customer for almost 9 yrs never had a problem. Until now. This store "Lino" let an ex come in this store and because she knew my pin number they allowed her to change my plan and add a line to my account and double my bill. Ive spent hrs on the phone and multiple trips to the store with NO RESOLUTION. THEY NEVER CHECKED HER ID TO VERIFY ACCOUNT. THEY NEVER CALLED ME OR ANYTHING. BUT ALSO LET HER PAY THE AMOUNT WITH HER DEBIT CARD WITH HER NAME ON IT. SO IM GOING UP THE LADDER OF COMMAND UNTIL SOMEONE FIXS MY ACCOUNT. @CRICKETWIRELESSCORPERATE!

  The male that works there is a LIAR he tried telling me and my husband that our phones were $800 and that is not true they are only $200 first lie the second lie is that he claimed over and over there was nothing wrong with my husband's phone and YES there is many things wrong it so customer service is going to give him a new phone also he charged our account almost $300 and that's bs and of course I was telling as many customers as I could bout that gentleman and our experience well I was called back in the store because he didn't wanna take responsibility and couldn't handle the truth he banned me from the store 🤣🤣 well don't lie to your customers don't charge them outrageous and bogus charges then just maybe they mite be ok Ok my husband and I called on the 22nd to get our money back when Kevin answered the phone he said this is Kevin and as my husband and I were talking to Kevin he said that was not his name and all calls went to an office not the store another lie and he acted like he described me and my husband and told him how he banned me from the store and he claimed he didn't remember us and that the numbers for our account we couldn't access before we called Kevin we called customer service and spoke with Nick and he said we'd have have to go to the original store to get our money back because Kevin claimed our phones were free when in fact he fully charged us for both our phones well Nick hung up on us when I said we'd take cricket to court to get our money back so is this is what is allowed by the reps in the stores is for them to lie about pricing and not ever taking responsibility especially when their phones are pieces of crap and do not work then to accuse the customers of doing something to their phones is this what the company cricket calls customer service well this is beyond piss poor customer service and cricket cut our time off 2 days before payment was due and yalls thinking we're coming back ummmm HELL TO THE NO!!!!

  They sem very unwilling to help any customer, especially if the employee also speaks Spanish and a Spanish speaking customer needs help, but for those who only speaks English good luck on getting any quality help

  UPDATE 12/10/22….Returned to the store to activate my new phone. Chris, Brensen and the sweetest lady (I forgot to get her name) we’re ALL extremely helpful, friendly, and went the extra mile to get my phone all set up. Another five star experience! Carlos was extremely helpful! He set up my phone and was very informative. I highly recommend Cricket to anyone. I've never had a bad experience!
