  The manager of this store obviously got the job from a family member. Shaggy loves to lord over his underlings and be condescending to the customers. This is the second run-in I've had with this joker. I've never seen anyone act so aggressively obnoxious every time he interacts with someone. The funny part is how awful he behaves over such tiny purchases. I bought a Pixel 10 Pro and a case online, but the case didn't come in time so I bought a different one and then bought another used one from BB like the new one. I forgot about the new one until I found the box last week. I went to take it back, the customer support girl was sweet but she let him handle it. He laughed and yelled about HOW LONG that is to expect a refund (should have been $17.99+tax) and said his max policy was 14 days. He then proceeded to gift card me the amount for the used case and and told me I was lucky to get it. Mind you, the case was new and still sealed. I'm not arguing with a jerk on a power trip over $5, but this is the reason I stopped shopping at this particular store a couple of years ago. I expect karma will catch up eventually, but I'm through dealing with companies who gleefully abuse customers.

  I spoke to someone on the website, after the run around because of the idiotic ai not understanding representative, I get a live person. They specifically stated that if there was a button issue on the se watch, that could not be repaired in store, the device would be sent off for repairs. Instead, the counter person is telling me they don’t repair, they replace. Why lie about what you will do if you want to take care of the customer. I specifically asked about repair, not replacement.

  Not a real big fan when so much of the same stuff is available online through a number of different vendors for a better price. But still its convenient if you need something in town.

  Great service. Bought a Fridge&Freezer at an excellent price. Everything went so smooth. And..only charged us $39 dollars to deliver it to the Kingsport area. We also bought a couch same day at Zaks furniture and even the we were very happy woth thoer service as well we were charged $139 dollars for same distance.:(
