- MLMarelys LeyvaAug 27, 20261.0It is truly sad to go to a store to connect a service and encounter such a complete lack of empathy, even when it comes to helping a customer reach customer service. The two female employees there only wanted to push phone sales and showed zero interest in helping. They refused to assist me or contact customer service on my behalf, claiming I had to do it all by myself, fully knowing how difficult it is to get through, and wouldn't even sell me the SIM cards. Terrible customer service.
