  Gilbert "checked all the boxes!" Very friendly, courteous and patient. No pressure to purchase new equipment or plan (though he mentioned those options, as he should!). Very respectful of my Mom and good skills with problem solving and communication with the customer! Thanks, Gilbert!

  Exceptional service at the Rivergate location received from Aldrin. Level of patience and understanding with the difficult situation resolved a problem that I didn't think would be resolved otherwise. Fabulous customer service skills. Would highly recommend.
