  Rude staff. Busy store. But I had an APPOINTMENT. Interruptions to the guy I'm working with. I made an online appointment for the genius bar for a battery replacement. After I'd been checked in, (took 10 minutes) I had to wait again to be called (2-5 minutes). Finally the genius looks at the phone and complements me on only minor scratches on the case, "the phone looks great". A few minutes in, the "genius" told me the technician would likely pull off the screen protector when they used a vacuum to remove the screen so they could get to the battery. I complained about this and told him I don't like that, but replace the battery. He ran a bunch of diagnostics and then HE, the "genius", pulled off my screen protector to "make sure the screen isn't cracked because I need to take a picture of it". Now I'm out a $50 screen protector, screw you very much. Just got back from picking up my phone. Not as busy and greeted almost immediately. Waited 2 minutes and Nadia introduced herself and asked how my earlier visit had been. i repeated my story and she was so empathetic and apologised for my earlier issues. There is a small hope. I was sure ready to say Screw you Apple. OH, the new battery had 6% charge on it! jeez

  Extremely rude workers. Not sure if it was because I was also black like the workers I had to work with, or if I would have gotten better treatment if I looked differently. Very exhausting experience and I regret coming. Only Apple Store in the area though, so I’m forced to come from time to time.

  Customer service were perfect and helpful knew everything about the functions and capability of the apple product I was ask about great store I would rather by apple products straight from apple instead of other carriers.

  My wife and I drove TWO HOURS because we were told they had our replacement devices in stock. When we arrived they didn’t have any of our devices plus the reps were very snobby and dismissive. We paid 100 dollars in the store to have our broken iPad shipped to Apple and replacement devices shipped to our home so we wouldn’t have to come back to complete the claim. Two weeks passed and we have not received anything from Apple. We called the service line for an update and found out the original iPad has not left the store yet! They haven’t even shipped the broken devices to Apple as they promised to do the day they were in the store. I am very upset! I pay full price for Apple care on every device I purchase just to be mistreated and dismissed. It’s not right. It’s not fair. It’s not good business!

  Apple is continuing ripping people off daily,,, the fact you make us pay for apple care and then when we require service, you charge for that,, why not just say if you get apple care you won't have to pay for the parts just service ,,,, Tbh for the price apple pay for it's Chinese parts,,,,I'd rather pay for the parts,,,,
