Every touch point was welcoming, courteous and professional. I had a diagnosis and multiple options to consider in a matter of minutes . I recognize it was fortuitous timing and a pretty easily diagnosed problem but the service was the real win. Kudos to Ethan and the rest of the Apple team. I appreciate your customer service and support.

- JTJames TaylorAug 12, 20261.0Apple Business is a joke. I’ve been a loyal Apple user and investor for over 20 years. I’ve spent over a hundred thousand dollars during that time and I’m ready to leave Apple completely. Not sure what’s changed but it’s impossible to get anyone to help. For over a year I’ve been trying to get them to help us with our Apple business locations and it’s been one disappointment after another. I will update this once there is a resolution. If this is still up, then I’m still waiting on them.
- LALauren AAug 2, 20261.0What happened to Apple?!? This used to be the absolute best place to buy anything. Friendly people, helpful easy transactions, seamless stress free everything! Now people at the door look annoyed- don’t even smile at you- then you have to download an app to prove you’re an educator - this was never a thing- and I work for MSCS- the largest district and couldn’t get verified- then the interactions aren’t pleasant and just all around feel like you’re annoying people by being there. I used to really look forward to going in because I knew it was going to be a good experience and now they’re just herding you out and ready to go. So disappointing.
