If it was possible to give zero I would. I wasted over an hour and a half of my time to be told that they don’t have parts for an iPhone 16
Monumental waste of time

They (multiple people) push you to get a new phone even when all you want is a battery change. Apparently financing a whole new phone is somehow cheaper than changing your battery, which costs a mere $89. Came in with an appointment (early btw) and the lady was juggling multiple customers. After waiting I was told it would be ready in 2 hours. 5 mins later I was told I’d be better off getting a new phone because if things don’t go back together, I would have to wait months and would be left without a phone unless I bought a new phone - way to scare your customers! To add insult to injury, I was told to come back tomorrow because they cannot keep it overnight. Make that make sense!
Never coming back to this unfriendly and grossly greedy place.

Very poor customer service. They also offer to "recycle" products and offer no other solutions. Id only shop here if you want to burn 30 minutes waiting and then have them give laughable service.

June 13, 2026 - I brought the iPhone16 into the Saddle Creek, Germantown, TN store location to have shattered exterior housing on phone replaced. (Work order barcode (R697142920) - next line barcode (H3GKVWHQ2P).
I used apple care. However, "care" isn't what was received in return as a long time customer. Attention customers: Please look at your phone before you are rushed to sign any agreements on the front end and back end of your visit. Have a family member or friend take photos of product damages before handing off to Apple team for repairs. Otherwise, you may find "new" damages before it's all said and done.
I paid $43.85 for a new screen protector on arrival , and then another $31.83 for incomplete repairs. That brings my total to $75.63. I sat nervously watching the apple employee who was holding a stack of 3 other devices in her same hand with super long artificial fingernails. Where is the care and why is she multitasking with so much apple money in her hands? Moving on, she put on the screen protector. Whew, ok that's done. I wanted to get another phone case, so she came over to help me. Will the iPhone17 case fit an iPhone16? Who knows? Now, she's struggling to get the phone case off with those long fingernails. Oh my goodness. Finally, she hands me the phone and that's when I noticed the new damages. It looked like the phone had been dropped in the back behind that gigantic screen. I then spoke up and pointed out the new damages, and she immediately went to the back of the store to bring out the "muscle." The muscle is the person that deals with problem solving, but also convinces customers to accept fault through guilt. He comes out and tells me that it was noted by his technician that those damages were already there prior to repair. I should have asked to see that in writing, but I didn't. He said they could repair the issue, but it would be another few hours, or I could just buy a replacement phone for additional $99.00. NO THANK YOU. They should have just fixed the damages. Ironically, another customer sitting beside me told me that they got her a replacement phone for $99.00 because the front and back of her iPhone16 was cracked. She then showed me that her "new" phone was already damaged on the sides just like mine. Her phone certainly had minor damages, but It's like someone in the back handling things has super long artificial fingernails, too. Geez.
In conclusion, I brought the iPhone16 to get repaired, and only part of the job was done. I was made to feel like I was at fault and they were only going to do partial repairs. I can afford a new phone, but I can never buy back time.
I love apple products and their customer service, but today was a disappointment. The apple didn't taste too good today.

I made an appointment at Apple Saddle Creek in Germantown to have my phone looked at and possibly repaired. If it couldn’t be repaired, I was fully prepared to buy a new phone that day. Unfortunately, the experience was awful from start to finish. The employee I dealt with was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. He spoke to me with an attitude, insulted my intelligence, and wouldn’t properly answer the questions I was asking. Instead of helping resolve the issue, the entire interaction felt confrontational and unnecessarily unpleasant. As a result, nothing was resolved. I left without repairing my phone and without purchasing a new one from Apple. Ironically, I went to a local cellphone repair shop afterward. $299 later, my phone was fixed quickly and professionally with no hassle whatsoever. Shame on you, Apple. A local repair shop provided better customer service and a better solution than your store did.
