  Painfully slow for the price. I brought my Macbook in to have my screen replaced. They told me it would take up to a week. Instead, 9 days later, I’m still waiting for computer back. I’ve called twice and spoken to Apple Support, and when they call this location, they can’t get them to answer the phone! At the prices Apple charges, this is ridiculous. Like most people, I need my computer everyday—that’s why I have it! C’mon Apple, you can do better!

  I am writing to formally log a serious complaint regarding an incident that occurred at your Saddle Creek location on 09/29/26 at approximately 7:40pm. During my visit, I was subjected to deeply unsettling, and prejudiced treatment by an Apple employee identified as Brooke. While shopping, I walked past the section where Brooke was managing a display of Apple Watches. Without any provocation or interaction on my part, she immediately and visibly assumed I posed a threat. She openly instructed her surrounding coworkers to "watch me" around the merchandise, which she had left open and unattended. Brooke’s immediate, hostile, and completely unfounded profiling made me feel incredibly uncomfortable and publicly humiliated. Rather than securing the inventory professionally if she felt it was vulnerable, she chose to weaponize her position to make defamatory assumptions about my character to her peers right in front of me. I had been in the store for about 5 hours and up until that point everything was great excellent customer service friendly and courteous workers just all around great service but Brooke ruined it in an instant.

  Purchased a new IPhone 18 Pro. Worked 1 day then went straight SOS with no way to call or text. Was advised by Apple to bring it to an Apple Store. Drove 2 hours to this Germantown Apple store and they were absolutely no help. They advised us to go to Best Buy, which I didn’t purchase the phone from. Germantown Apple was no help and rude so they get 👎🏾 👎🏾

  I received all of my products as ordered, but I had to do a phone transfer and the wait time was extremely long. Apple Saddle Creek is the only Apple Store in the Memphis area, so I won’t criticize them about being busy. However, I do think small changes in their workflow processes could result in better overall customer satisfaction and efficiency. So unless you’re going in to purchase something small like a charger or an accessory, please be prepared for a potentially long wait time. Without the issue with the wait time, I would have given five stars.

  Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding My Recent Apple Store Experience I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the experience I had at an Apple Store. When I entered the store, I was not greeted or acknowledged by any of the advisors. I stood waiting for assistance while other customers who appeared to be of a different race entered the store and were greeted and assisted almost immediately. I waited for a significant amount of time without receiving any assistance. Eventually, even the store security personnel had to direct me to someone who could help me. After standing and waiting, I was finally assisted by an African American female employee with dreadlocks. Unfortunately, the interaction did not improve my experience. She appeared to be having a bad day and ultimately refused to sell me a phone, telling me to come back another day. I had driven over two hours to visit this Apple Store, so being dismissed after making that trip was extremely frustrating and disappointing. What concerns me most is the difference in how I felt I was treated compared with other customers who entered the store after me. I felt ignored and singled out, and I am concerned that race may have played a role in the way I was treated. I have always expected Apple to provide customers with respectful, professional, and equal treatment. This experience fell far short of that expectation. I would appreciate having this incident reviewed, including the conduct of the employees involved and the circumstances surrounding why I was refused service. I would also appreciate a response explaining how Apple plans to address this situation. This was, by far, the worst Apple Store experience I have ever had. Thank you for taking my complaint seriously.
