  I had a bad experience today 08/12/2026. I approached the store because the day before I bought a phone with its accessories. Of which the protective glass was not suitable for the equipment. The lady who sold me the phone told me to go back the next day to get the right one and I did that... I went to the store at approximately 2:10pm when the lady who is on the shift asks me what she can attend to me; I inform her of the reason. The lady on duty calls the lady who attended me the day before and asks her about the situation to which the lady replies that she forgot to bring the protective glass!!!!! The truth is that I felt uncomfortable because if I am summoned as a client to go and look for something that by mistake that was not mine I have to go through the bad time of arriving at the store and notice the lack of commitment and communication because to remember with simple notes it is resolved. What is not resolved is that I have to take the short time I have between working and going to rest, I must add driving to the store and make me waste time, gasoline. The most uncomfortable thing is not that is to feel the lack of tie of the lady who was in turn who asked her if it is fair that I have to go through that and she tells me that it is not her fault and I know that it is not her fault but she is in charge of the store and is the one who represents and gives her face for the face or am I wrong?? I do not let her do anything!!!! Is it not possible for me to tell her that please can you call me your manager?? and she tell me the lady who attended you yesterday is the manager. I asked her to please call her and ask her what time can I spend tomorrow?! and it was noticed that she did not want to call her, I answer, leave me your number and we will call you, to which I answer it is better to call her and ask her what time will she be present in the store?? so that I can be here and coordinate my time. But he refused and did not want to help me. I was offended because as a client I feel that it is a mockery and it is not because of the money from the protective glass because I no longer intend to return only to look for that I will take care not to return and just like me there will be many clients who will lose because they do not focus on giving good attention and more than all providing a good experience that they must provide as sales consultants. Please be empathic I know that not all customers are gold coins to like everyone but being kind and giving a smile does not cost anything... ahhh and knowing how to provide an apology so that I am not responsible but as I said before the shift worker is who represents the store providing a service does not count anything and more if it is post-sales because at the moment I was spending my money if I was important right?? Thank you!!!!
