  Been a Cricket customer for over 10 years. Went to this location the other day. The Hispanic guy at the counter tried to jack up the price on the cheapest phone in the store. My phone started malfunctioning the other day after I plugged it in to charge. It kept turning on and off by itself and wouldn't stop, so I drove up to this location and explained the situation and said I just needed the cheapest phone they had. He told me it was gonna be $120 So after telling him I was low on funds to afford that and I'd have to take a minute to discuss other options (as he took another customer) I came back and then suddenly the price went up to $180 because he said that I couldn't be approving the discount (Whatever that was..he never mentioned a discount before) I was mad because of how that price went up when he initially told me $120. Went to Walmart after that and got a better Cricket phone for $49.99 Don't go to these stores guys because they're trying to make profit off of you and they won't explain why. Walmart was actually a lifesaver because I'm a trucker and needed another phone being gone from home and that employee only cared about what he could do to jack up the price at the Cricket store. Go to Walmart if you end up in a situation where you need to replace a phone

  I had been going to this store for a few years now, but the attitude of the older looking guy with an accent has made me decide not to anymore. Every time I have entered the store, he gives an annoyed vibe, doesn't greet me at all, and avoids helping me when I first walk in. On 4/9/26 around 5pm, I walked in and he looks straight at me, as he's doing nothing sitting behind the counter mind you, then proceeds to immediately get up to "help" the woman working next to him. He's done this maybe 3 or 4 times I've been, left me waiting quite a few minutes to be helped. I'm done dealing with his unprofessionalism and will be going to the next nearest store for better treatment of customers.
