I took my cat here for an issue on his behind. The vet we shceduled had an emergency no big deal but they asked us to reschedule for as early as we could. We showed up 15-20 mins early and were still left waiting 15 mins past pur appointment time.We were alerted by vet staff that the issue was an abcsess. I was kind of already aware of that considering it burst a bit in their lobby, and was actively spewing by the time we were finishing with our appointment. They offered pain medication and to possibly board him overnight( hubby's idea not brought up by doctor). We declined both and left completely empty handed with a signed treatment plan and a promise that he would be seen first thing in the morning. When my husband went to drop him off, they had lost his treatment plan and wrote up another one hastily. I didn't know about this until the vet called to confirm about the antibiotics ( the one reason I even took him back to begin with). When we went to pick him up, even though we were first into the lobby, two other people were seen before us before someone realized we were still waiting and no one was prepping my cat to come home. Im not even sure what they did because the cost of the treatment plan from yesterday and what I paid today were different. They also asked if I wanted a cone and then charged me because it wasn't on the treatment plan. They seemed like nice people but they did not have their stuff together. Will not be returning with this pet or any others.

Just a simple piece of advice for all pet parents: do not trust anyone until you double-check with a different vet. I’m not going to name my dog or the vet, but the true story is that my 4-year-old baby would have died if I had not insisted on the correct medication after consulting another veterinary clinic.
One issue is that a lack of knowledge can put you in a position where you feel forced to spend your entire savings to save your pet. Sometimes you are led to believe that more and more tests or treatments are needed, even when blood tests appear not normal and your baby may need something to get help..
I respect that place and will not name the vet or my dog’s name, out of respect for the front desk staff, nurses, and the people who genuinely tried to help me. But please be aware that it is important to double-check and consult a couple of clinics to make sure your pet receives the right care and has the best chance to survive.

Dr. Waddle is truly the best veterinarian we could ask for, and we are so grateful for the care she gives our Great Dane, Gary. She is incredibly caring, thoughtful, compassionate, and patient, and you can immediately tell how deeply she cares about both her patients and their owners.
She always takes her time during appointments and never makes you feel rushed. Dr. Waddle goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, and she explains everything so thoroughly as she goes, making sure you fully understand what’s happening with your pup and what the best next steps are. Her ability to communicate with such kindness and reassurance brings so much peace of mind, especially when you’re worried about your dog.
Gary absolutely adores her, and it’s easy to see why. Dr. Waddle treats him like he’s her own, and that level of compassion is something truly special. Finding a vet with this much knowledge, empathy, and genuine dedication is rare, and we feel incredibly lucky to have her caring for Gary. We cannot recommend Dr. Waddle highly enough!
