  I've been here for probably at least 10 years or more. Now it seems they just want money. I was told I would be seen as a follow up. They charged for full vet because I was seeing a different doctor. It is same clinic. So girl told me I could do care plan or something and cancel anytime. So that was 20 dollars or so. When got home I cancelled and they said I couldn't until the full amount of visit was paid. I also asked for 2 flea treatments and I got one. They said it was in the bag well only one. I also paid 200 or so for a snot test to see why cat is sneezing. It takes 2 weeks for that to come back. In meantime have antibiotic and he was fine. Also I took my dog in to see if it was dying because I didn't want him to suffer. They took him in the back and he came out with not being able to breathe and making a harking sound. They were mentioning emergency care for his heart and I said heck no he won't make it. Put him to sleep. He died before they could. Don't know what they did back there but it bothers me. It's time to go somewhere else.

  This is the third year we took our dog to this vet. Our dog gets very anxious, but love people. The first year he had a vet get down on the floor and get to know him and earn his trust. Very good overall experience. This year we saw a different doctor and neither the tech nor the doctor spent any time with him before the exam started trying to get to know him. He did ok with the tech in the room but when the doc came in he started barking at her. They tried to give him treats but did nothing more to gain his trust before she started her exam and even asked us to restrain him with a muzzle instead of spending time with him which made it worse. When we told them that he just needs a little time to get to know him she kept saying that they only have twenty minutes. The whole interaction before she gave up on him was about 5 minutes. Our dog loves people. But in anxious situations he needs people to be patient with him and allow him some time to get used to them. It helps when they get on his level and let him approach. When we tried explaining this to the provider she did none of those things and only reminded us she was on a time crunch. Instead of making an effort to get to know him she sent us away and told us to come back when he was drugged the night before and day of. This provider was clearly untrained in dealing with anxious slightly reactive dogs like mine. He is well trained and listened very well in that office. But the provider didn’t listen to us in how to handle the visit. The only thing done right was them not charging us for the visit.

  My neighbor recommended VCA, so I took my cat in. I would recommend it now too.

  Everyone was Awesome! This was our first visit here with our dog in Nashville. I really enjoyed and appreciated everyone. I was lucky to have picked them to be our new Vetenarian. Thanks VCM 🙂
