  WOULD NOT recommend this store! Walked in today after calling to make sure they had a phone in stock only to arrive and the girl states she can’t sell me the phone alone I have to buy 5 accessories because her manager told her to. I asked for the manager name she stated she could not give it meanwhile her and the other 2 guys working in store are speaking in their language laughing, so I’m sure this wasn’t true information and that they more than likely were going to try to pocket the extra money they tried to make off me. I have been with cricket for over 15 years and never have heard this new rule. Again would not recommend this store. Below attached are the salesmen.

  Went in for a phone upgrade. Karen Vasquez helped us. She was efficient, listened to what I wanted (and didn't want, like extra accessories), and kind. We will go back I'm sure.
