  Extremely rude! Sold me a defective phone Yesterday and refused to take it back or trade in for another the same. Even after talking to customer service & they told me I had 7 days to return or exchange the phone, the girl tried to force me to buy another phone and refused to exchange mine for the same one. Not to mention I called multiple times yesterday for her to pick up the phone and hang it up. She even stated on the phone I could exchange it unless I chose another and just pay the difference of course. They certainly do not follow protocol set by Cricket wireless!!!!

  My husband and I went here on a 12/10 and the guy behind the counter was in the back and once waiting a few minutes and saying “hello” he proceeded to come out the back but with attitude as if we were inconveniencing him!!! He continued to be rude, unpleasant and dismissive. I had to spend 30 minutes on the line with customer service as he went to the back again to work on his personal phone! I will never go back there again!!!!!
