Had no issues or problems when it was run as Westbury, but since VCA took over the service has gone downhill, prices have doubled and deception has risen. On a recent visit this week with my 10-year-old mixed breed dog who was due for her routine vaccinations and heart worn test it cost me $800! The girl that brought the paperwork out to be signed never mentioned they were doing a comprehensive blood and urine test at the price of $410.00. SO, I AM WARNING YOU BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. I am now taking my dog to a new vet. They did not care one single bit that I was taking her somewhere else. I wonder how many other people they do this to on a daily basis? Especially senior citizens that don't see or hear well.
