  The staff is really nice and get on things right away, my repair was made fast and I wasn't charged much, no complaint about service and speed, but I do have some things to say about screen repairs and warranty. The screen I got replaced on my S25 Ultra has been finicky from the start, maybe just a few days and I began getting ghost touches. At first I thought it was the screen protector, but upon taking it off not much changed. My phone screen begins acting on its own at times, swiping and clicking by itself, opening and closing apps and etc. I'm sure it's a faulty screen that makes contact with certain parts of the screen sometimes and it was beginning to be a daily occurance. Before the 30 days passed for the warranty, I called the store and asked if it could be replaced under warranty, and apparently they don't cover physical damage? The phone was always encased inside a screen protector and case and still got cracked without any drops or hit to the phone. I'm really dissapointed that such good service got hurt by bad material.

  Zagg is GREAT! I went in to get a protection screen, but they replaced my screen since my screen was cracked. They did such a good job people have asked me did I buy a new phone.
