  Best Buy used to be a great store for audio equipment but now they don't even carry interconnects amd barely any speaker wire. Sad shell of what it used to be.

  Had to make a return on a pair of Meta glasses. Caleb greeted me at the door and promptly got to work on my return. He listened to my needs and offered alternative options that I could explore. I was in and out of the store within five minutes. His customer service was impeccable. Thank you, Caleb.

  Worst buying experience i have had in a long time. First they are way understaffed, had to wait 20 minutes for someone to help me. Then huge hassle making the purchase with the rebate. Ended up having to buy on my phone to get it to work and then pick it up as a online order. Overall took 2 hours for what should have been a 15 minute purchase.

  How can a customer tell you what product they want 3 times and you ask them if they are sure and then proceed to tell them what product you think they should buy and even after making their choice clear, you still want them to buy what you want them to buy? Why not get rid of what you don't want the people to buy and sell only what you want. At the end of my day, I couldn't help but think the guy have a commission for a particular product. There is no gimmick the sales man didn't employ to make us buy Samsung phone I am disappointed. Even after my daughter told him what she preferred he asked her: " Are you sure" and them proceeded to say that they had all black of the phone she wanted. It was so obvious what he was doing and nobody else came to rescue us from this sales man hand.
