  Maria del Carmen was extremely rude today. She was of no assistance and made things difficult. She could have been more helpful and made an effort to assist. She doesn’t have the adequate customer service skills to work in the field of helping others.

  The young lady that assisted my father earlier today was not very cooperative. I visited another location earlier today to add him to the account and confirmed all the details needed for him to be able to log into the account at any location just for him to get there and for her to tell him the information he provided was incorrect, which I know was false. I just wish she would have been a little bit more helpful with listening to what he needed and the information he was providing versus trying to get him to reset our code. I am speaking from a former Cricket associate.
